ORDERS: orders will be shipped once payment has been received.
PAYMENTS: payments can be made through paypal or money order. If paying with money order, your order will be shipped once payment is received.
SHIPPING: free shipping to the specified shipping zones. All others will be subject to a shipping charge which will be calculated at the time order is placed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
SALES TAX: new york state sales tax of 7% will be applied to order.
RETURNS: returns are accepted but I need to be contacted as to the reason for the return. Item needs to be returned in the same condition as you received it unless it was a flaw on my part. Once I have received the returned item, a refund will be issued.
PERSONALIZATION: if you would like something personalized, click on personalization under categories and add that to your cart. If you want something personalized and you don't have personalization added to your cart, your item will not be personalized so please make sure you add it to your cart before checkout. Also, when ordering personalization, contact me with the personalization you would like.
